“Now that we are working with Healthcare Technology Advisors (HTA), I don’t have to think about our IT issues anymore. When an issue happens to occur I just make a short phone call and it is handled quickly and efficiently. If it’s an EMR issue, HTA will even go above and beyond and call EMR support for me to resolve the issue.
